Frequently Asked Questions

Why do fonts disappear when I pick a category?

Picking a category hides the fonts that aren't in it rather than greying them out, so the grid stays short and easy to scan against your text. Click the All chip to bring every font back.

Can I compare more than 35 fonts?

Thirty-five is the full current inventory — every font on the site is already on this page, so there is nothing hidden behind a paywall. The library grows over time, and new fonts appear here automatically the moment they're added.

How do I save my favourite font?

There is no account or saved-list feature. Use each card's copy button to grab the styled text, and copy the page address from your browser bar to reopen this comparison with the same input later — your text is in the link as ?text=.

Why does my text look different on my friend's phone?

These styles are Unicode characters, not real fonts, so each device draws them with whatever it has installed. An iPhone, an Android phone, and a Windows PC can all render the same characters slightly differently, and a few may show boxes for the rarer blocks.
